Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide
When treatment is clinically appropriate after your evaluation, Dr. Miranda prescribes compounded semaglutide — the active ingredient in Ozempic® and Wegovy® — or compounded tirzepatide, the active ingredient in Mounjaro® and Zepbound®. Each prescription is prepared individually by an independent, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy and billed at cost, typically $50–$200/month — a significant savings versus branded self-pay pricing.
