Medication — compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, the same active ingredients as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound® — is prescribed through an independent, licensed 503A compounding pharmacy and billed directly to you — typically $50–$200/month depending on dose. Labs outside the Summit Complete tier are ordered at cost and billed separately. Otherwise all-inclusive: no insurance billing, no surprise claims. Compounded medications are not approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
